Aww, thanks for mentioning "The Color of Angels," the first publication from our new ebook venture, Bumblehill Press. To be clear, when you follow the link above from the words "Bumblehill Press," that takes you to Hummingbird: an American ebook platform providing an ethical alternative to Amazon (for U.S. readers only). There will be a Hummingbird edition of "The Color of Angels" available early in the new year, but right now it's only available through Amazon.
Great to know, Terri! Thanks. (I didn't really understand about Hummingbird: when I go to the website the word "Hummingbird" never appears, so I was quite confused.)
P.S. Greta Ward points out that I used the wrong title for your book. You are WRITING The Moon Wife. The existing novel is The Wood Wife.
. . . . . . . Shall we agree to blame it on Covid Brain & move on?
P.P.S. I'll fix it in the post - but I'm afraid it stays the way it was in the emails that already went out. Let's play a little game, and see if anyone else notices! I keep telling Lunar that nobody really reads newsletters with the close attention that we ourselves put into them.
I don't really think it does, and Amazon will no doubt continue to be the main place where we sell "The Color of Angels" and future Bumblehill Press digitial publications. But we do want to offer an ethical alternative to Amazon for all those who refuse to buy from the latter, and they've come highly recommended as such. (I only wish they sold beyond the US.)

Yeah, I find the Hummingbird site design a little confusing too.
Do you think it has name recognition? If I say "My book's on Hummingbird," will people know what I mean? Maybe I'll ask on FB!
